The NIB Brand Foundation Workshop is a guided discovery process designed to define the strategic core of the brand: purpose, positioning, mission, promise, audience, personality and voice. Ideal for new brands, founder-led businesses, rebrands and teams that know something is off but can't put their finger on it.

Clarity saves time,
money and bad decisions.
When purpose, positioning and promise are unclear, brands start compensating with random tactics, inconsistent visuals and
a voice that sounds different every time someone touches it.
This workshop creates a shared language and a stronger point of view so future identity, website, content and campaign work can move faster, hit harder and be more consistent.
What gets defined in the room.
Refresher:
What's a Brand?
A brand is a set of beliefs and feelings people associate with you, formed by every experience they have with your name. A brand is a promise.
Vision
A clear, future-oriented statement that describes the world a brand is trying to help create. This is the end state the brand is working towards.
Purpose
The emotional and human reason the brand exists beyond making money. It’s inspirational, long-term and emotional. Purpose gives meaning.
Mission
What the brand does, the work it commits to daily to deliver on it’s purpose. Mission gives direction.
Personality
The set of human traits that define how a brand behaves, communicates, and shows up in the world. This is how the brand is experienced.
Audience
The group of people who share the mindset, motivations and values that the brand exists to serve, not just who can buy the product or service. It's who you do what you do, for.
Positioning
The intentional space a brand owns in the mind of its audience, relative to competitors, based on a clear value, point of view and promise. Why choose you over anyone else?

How the session works.

The workshop can be structured as a half-day or full-day working engagement, depending on scope and team size. It's designed to be collaborative, truthful, practical, impactful and believe it or not, fun.
It's part discovery, part alignment, part decision-making.

Clients leave with a working brand foundation that can guide identity design, website copy, campaigns, internal alignment and future growth.
